Applicants must be at least 17 years old. High school seniors require parental consent.
Submit a government-issued document such as a birth certificate, valid passport (book or card), state-issued driver’s license, or state ID.
Provide a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. If you do not have these, you must pass the Ability to Benefit Test.

You need a natural hair mannequin, you can use your own or order one online CLICK HERE to purchase. To take the course a mannequin with natural African American hair is NEEDED.
For an optimum learning experience whilst in the salon, we recommend wearing all black and a comfortable pair of shoes. The course is 8 hours long, so be sure to dress in attire that affords comfort and ease during the duration of the session.
