After witnessing the impact of COVID-19 on the beauty industry, Kristy recognized the critical need for enhanced education in sanitation, infection control, tool disinfection, and scalp health.
She realized that these elements, alongside superior customer service, are essential to success as an entrepreneur in natural hair care. This inspired her to establish a Natural Hair Braiding Academy, where she educates stylists in these vital areas while guiding them through licensing processes and the challenges of running a business legally and effectively.
